NordAmps have recently recruited two world authorities in circuit design and semiconductor device design and processing.

Anand Murthy joins NordAmps as a Director of the Board. Dr. Murthy is currently a Fellow at Intel and has solid experience as R&D executive with over 25 years of experience in the field. He has co-authored more than 50 technical publications and holds 227 U.S. patents granted for pioneering work in the fabrication of CMOS and HBT transistors based on Si, SiGe, Ge and III-V compound semiconductor materials. At NordAmps he will contribute with his nanotechnology research experience towards the commercialization of nanowire transistor technology for high-frequency 5G-and-beyond wireless communication.

Sven Mattisson joins NordAmps as a Senior Technology Advisor. He is an adjunct professor at the Electrical and Information Technology department of Lund University. Dr. Mattisson is a co-inventor of Bluetooth and has been serving as technical program committee member for the International Solid-State Circuits Conference and the European Solid-State Circuits Conference. The last several years he has developed 5G radio circuits at Ericsson Research. Dr. Mattisson is a Life Senior Member of the IEEE. At NordAmps he will contribute with his expertise to address the technical challenges related to telecommunication systems and transistor modelling.
